Issue 1: OMNI DVS to iPad Pro with USB-C

The new iPad Pro which has USB-C can only recognise the midi device of OMNI. This problem comes from the new iPad OS. Only one device can be recognised at a time, therefore, the audio device of OMNI is omitted. We can do nothing to fix this but to wait for Apple's update.
